Standard Delivery

Available to the same northern areas for $5, free over $100.
Rest of Lebanon
$5
Beirut, Akkar, and all other areas — a flat $5 delivery fee applies.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all areas across Lebanon. Our main distribution center is located in Zgharta, ensuring efficient delivery to nearby regions.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped
- Track your order status through your account dashboard
- Our customer service team is available for any delivery inquiries
Shipping Costs
Delivery fees depend on your area and the delivery speed you choose:
- Tripoli, Ehden, Koura, Chekka, Batroun, Kfarhabou, Miziara: same-day delivery for $7.50, or 3–4 day delivery for $5. Free on orders over $100.
- Zgharta: same-day delivery for $3. Free on orders over $100.
- Beirut, Akkar, and all other areas: a flat $5 delivery fee (3–4 business days).
Cash on Delivery
We understand the importance of trust when shopping online. That's why we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. Pay for your order when it arrives at your doorstep. No prepayment required.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- All original tags and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) required
- Products must not show signs of use or damage
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team via phone or email
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to our address or arrange pickup
- Receive your refund within 7-10 business days after we receive the item
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact our customer service team. We'll be happy to help you find the perfect fragrance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
